Overview

The ACCESS DMS is a complete suite. Each system can be customized, however, via system options, so that it will function as an individual dealership desires. Certified factory communications are available for all of the major franchises and many imports, with new ones being added frequently.

The ACCESS Dealer Management System is server based, with the ability to have additional locations access the server via the Internet or a T-1 line. Based on their security level, users have access to as much information as desired. In addition ACS offers managers the option accessing the dealership remotely on their PC, iPad, or Android Tablet.

What is meant by "fully integrated?" There is absolutely no redundant data entry and, just as important, each user is always viewing the latest information and the whole picture. For example, the sales department knows when there is an outstanding repair order on any vehicle in stock. This open repair order, as well as all service history, can even be viewed in the sales department. Another example of full integration is evident when a repair order is created. The service writer is instantly, and automatically, notified of any outstanding special order parts, as well as accessories due, for each vehicle entering the service department. They are even warned if the title is branded.

Some of our most important features are ease of use, complete online history and plain paper forms. If a desired feature is not itemized, do not assume ACCESS does not support it, as we have not attempted to list every feature available.
