Products
ACS has only one product, as we deliver the same, complete,
fully integrated system to all dealerships. Each system can be
customized, however, via system options, so that it will function as
an individual dealership desires. Certified factory communications
are available for all of the major franchises and many imports, with
new ones being added frequently.
The ACS dealer management system can be run entirely locally on one
network as ACCESS® or it may be run partially or completely
over the Internet as iACCESS™. The iACCESS version may
be hosted at the dealer site or remotely by ACS. Either way, all
users of the ACS dealer management system will have access to as
much information as desired. iACCESS is an excellent method
to connect remote dealer sites to the main dealer site as it is very
fast and economical, requiring only high speed Internet (no leased
or T1 lines and no server).
What is meant by "fully integrated?" There is absolutely no
redundant data entry and, just as important, each user is always
viewing the latest information and the whole picture. For example,
the sales department knows when there is an outstanding repair order
on any vehicle in stock. This open repair order, as well as all
service history, can even be viewed in the sales department. Another
example of full integration is evident when a repair order is
created. The service writer is instantly, and automatically,
notified of any outstanding special order parts, as well as
accessories due, for each vehicle entering the service department.
He is even warned if the title is branded or if any campaigns are
outstanding on the VIN.

history and plain paper forms. Some of our most popular features are
labor time guides, VIN decoding, zip code look-up and all electronic

left. If a desired feature is not itemized, do not assume ACCESS
does not support it, as we have not attempted to list every feature
